Our Work
We believe in people, organizations, and projects that make a change in the world. There are many ways to use our talents to serve our communities. We know how important it is to have a social change culture in our organizations.
STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS
Coalition for Responsible Development
Amplifying Community Transformation at Scale
We partner with CRCD to raise visibility for one of Los Angeles’ most impactful models of community transformation. Through strategic communications, public relations, and storytelling, we help translate CRCD’s work spanning housing, workforce development, and supportive services into narratives that resonate with funders, partners, and the broader public.
Our role is to ensure that the depth of CRCD’s impact is not only felt locally but recognized as a scalable solution to some of the region’s most pressing challenges.

The Social Impact Firm partners with Kind Campaign to enhance school district outreach to connect educators, counselors, and administrators with the Kind Campaign’s documentary assembly and Kind Campaign curriculum. We develop strategic outreach plans to meaningfully connect with educators, addressing key challenges such as bullying prevention and student well-being. DISTRICT WIDE SUSTAINABILITY PLAN
Los Angeles Area School District
Our team worked with the District to assess their current sustainability efforts at each elementary, middle, and high school campus. From food services to student life. We met with the school board, local sustainability experts, teachers, and parents to create an analysis of the culture. We then wrote and proposed a plan to the District and School Board that they plan to implement.
